Fit for life!

Exercise and training make life more pleasant, easier and more enjoyable. They are fun and bring huge benefits - if you do it right.

If you are physically fitter, everything is easier, illnesses are alliviated and more bearable and life simply becomes better.

This is usually possible without technical equipment or a lot of time, and in most cases you don't even have to leave the house.

You just have to know how!

My knowledge applied to your health and fitness

As your trainer and therapist, I am here to show you how you can help yourself with regard to your personal situation, wishes and goals. I am practically your personal trainer. Together we will make you fitter and healthier for more energy and performance in everyday life.

To acheive this goal, we will use my experience as a research assistant at the University Hospital Freiburg and asthe head of physiotherapy at the Kurpark-Klinik Überlingen. Furthermore, since 2014 I have been working in my own practice and have gained ample first hand experience:

B.A. Sports therapy (University of Freiburg)

Sports therapist for internal medicine and orthopaedics (German Association for Health Sports and Sports Therapy)

Non-medical practitioner

Licences of the German Association for Health, Sport and Sport Therapy:

Diabetes, oncology, back training, osteoporosis, cardiology, vascular diseases, respiratory diseases, brain training through movement, medical Nordic walking

Manual pain therapy according to Typaldos (International Fascial Distortion Model Organization)

Science, not nonsence.

As a result of my scientific education, I always make recommendations based on facts from current research. Consequently, when I recommend training to my patients, it is because it has been proven to be effective and gives them the best chance of success. Of course, this has to suit the individual person and be tailored to you as the individual situation is as at least as important as the science.
